for the intake of 2008/2009. The Average Cut off point varies from year to
year but the variation is very little. Thus it will be appropriate to use

Generic Advice
1. Do chose the best course you like and very likely to get with your
results and place them in order.
2. Try to apply by following the MEAN or maybe even REC but try not to apply
by using the MIN as it will usually change and improve year by year.
3. All the government universities are recognized. Most the new universities
(UMP,UTHM,UTEM,UNIMAP,UMT,UMK) are actually better that the older
universities especially in terms of equipment as the equipments are new and
functional.
4. Do consult few people especially your teachers or seniors in University
before you apply.
5. Apply wisely. If you know you are not going to take that offer don't
simply apply and waste another students chance to get into public
university.

In February we had a great time of praise and worship at RED ALERT February 2010, with over 150 youths gathering. And now, 1 month later we are gearing up for what promises to be another exiting time at RED ALERT March 2010.
Rev. Herbert John and the youth band of TMC Ipoh will be shaking you to the core and challenging you to leap for joy as you lift your hands and praise our Almighty God. Expect Rev. Herbert to bring a message that will challenge this generation to stand up and live a life of righteousness. And after all that, get to meet youths from other churches for a time of fellowship!
All this at RED ALERT Youth Worship Service, this 7th March 2010. Service will be bi-lingual. Refreshments will be provided after the service. Organised by TAC Campus Ministry and MYFs of Central & Selangor. Hosted by TMC KL MYF.

He has been an Elder with the Methodist Church for over 21 years. An energetic speaker, Rev. The Yayasan Tun Suffian or, in English, the Tun Suffian Foundation, was established by the execution of a Trust Deed and an Agreement pursuant to the Trust Deed on 11 June 2002 during a simple ceremony in the Chambers of the then Chief Justice Yang Amat Ariff Tun Mohamed Dzaiddin who graciously agreed to be its Chairman.

Applicants must submit completed forms- this include a 500-word essay as to why they would like to pursue the course.

Arrangements have already been made for the authorities at Cambridge to forward all applications to Puan Alwizah Al-Yafii Ahmad Kamal, the Honorary Secretary of the Foundation at Suite 2-4, Level 2, Tower Block, Menara Milenium, Jalan Damanlela, Pusat Bandar Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

CRITERIA
a. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
b. Applicants must posses good academic results in SPM/’O’ Level, UEC and/or STPM/’A’ Level examinations or equivalent.
c. Applicants must qualify to gain admission to the participating institution for the relevant course.
d. Applicants must be active in sports and/or co-curricular activities.
e. Applicants must possess leadership qualities and be self-motivated.
f. Applicants must be financially deserving.
g. Applicants must not already be in receipt of any scholarships, financial aid or award from other educational institutions or organizations.
h. Applicants must abide by the terms and conditions of theSun-MAPCU Higher Education Scholarship Fund.
i. Applicants must abide by other terms and conditions of the awarding institution, including any bond required.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a. The scholarship shall be in the form of full tuition fee waiver for the entire duration of the course.
b. The scholarship is for students to pursue courses in Malaysia only, at participating institutions. The scholarship specifically does not cover any fees etc. which may relate to studies overseas.
c. The scholarship shall be for the duration of the course and may be between one and four years. Students already enrolled at participating institutions may also apply. The students’ scholarship shall be for the remaining part of their course.
d. theSun-MAPCU Higher Education Scholarship Fund holder shall not receive any scholarship offered by other educational institutions or organizations.
e. On all matters pertaining to theSun-MAPCU Higher Education Scholarship Fund, the decision(s) of theSun-MAPCU Higher Education Scholarship Fund Awarding Committee (and relevant participating institution, as appropriate) shall be final and binding.
f. Applicants may apply for scholarships to a maximum of two institutions, but are entitled to only one scholarship.
g. Scholarship recipients are also subjected to other terms and conditions as may be decided by the participating institutions.
h. Terms and conditions of theSun-MAPCU Higher Education Scholarship Fund may be modified and amended from time to time as deemed appropriate by the theSun- MAPCU Higher Education Scholarship Fund Awarding Committee.
i. Scholarship holders must pass all examinations and maintain good academic standing; participate in the institution’s sports, co-curricular and other activities in order to maintain their scholarship status.

2010 starts of with the awesome RED ALERT this February 7, 2010 at 6.30pm, in TMC Kuala Lumpur, Brickfields.
Come for a time of power packed praise & worship with the G2 worship band from Christian City Church Malaysia (C3M)
Experience our Almighty God on a whole new level as Pastor Clarance Shashi shares with us God’s Word.
All this at RED ALERT Youth Worship Service, this 7th February 2010. Service will be bi-lingual. Refreshments will be provided after the service.
ABOUT PS. SHASHI
Ps. Clarance Shashi is an associate and youth pastor of Christian City Church (C3) Malaysia under the leadership of Rev Pastor Joseph Ramayah. He has been in full time ministry for 4 years now, having finished his diploma in Ministry and Leadership in C3 College in Australia and is currently pursuing his degree in Theology part-time at MBS Klang. Prior to full-time ministry he was in the banking line as the CS Manager at Citibank Malaysia. Apart from running the youth Ministry he also oversees the administration of the church and offices, supervise connect/cell groups and also run and serve as a teaching pastor for the foundational classes conducted at C3 Malaysia. He am a father of a 3.5 year old and a second baby that will be due in June.
ABOUT G2 & THE BAND
The God Powered Generation (G2) as the name suggests is aimed at helping youths realize their potential and calling in God and to live their lives knowing that God is their source. As the G2 leadership continues to create new and exciting avenues to get young people to enjoy their time with them, they have always firmly believed that they are not a ministry to merely entertain the young people who are a part of the G2. Instead, they are in the business of building, and discipling young people to become strong, faithful and committed to God’s principles and purposes.
ABOUT TAC CAMPUS MINISTRY
The TAC Campus Ministry (CM) helps campus students who have left their home church to study at campuses away from home. CM helps them find a TAC church nearby, it helps them join a youth fellowship, or to start a youth fellowship on campus. CM has always worked with local youth fellowships and aim to make their lives a lil’ bit more colourful! CM consist of volunteers and youths who share one common passion, letting others know of God glory!
